  • 3 cans baby carrots (or cook own)
  • 1 slice green pepper
  • 1 sliced onion (medium size)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except carrots).

    Heat until sauce is well blended.

    Cook about 7 minutes.

    Add carrots, which have been drained.

    Marinate overnight.

    Heat before serving.
