- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 can tomato soup
Directions

1Peel, slice and cook carrots in unsalted water until tender. Drain; place in bowl.

2Add onion and green pepper.

3Make a sauce with sugar, oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and tomato soup.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper and pour over carrots.

6Let marinate; keep refrigerated.
