- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole corn
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup (or 3 Tbsp. catsup)
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Clean and block carrots; cut peppers and onions and cook with carrots in salt water 10 minutes (until tender).

2Bring to boil vinegar, oil and sugar; add tomato soup, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce and pour over drained carrots and corn.

3Cook slowly just long enough to stir about 3 or 4 minutes.

4Store in refrigerator.

5Keeps indefinitely.
