Ingredients
- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup (Campbell's)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar (white)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots until crisp-tender.

2Drain and cool.

3Cut onions and peppers in rings, add to carrots.

4Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over carrots.

5Cover and let marinate overnight.

6When ready to serve, drain off the sauce.

7Refrigerate.
