- 2 lb. cooked and chunked carrots
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots.

2Cook in salt water just until tender. Drain.

3Add pepper and onion.

4Mix soup, vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over warm carrots. Refrigerate and marinate overnight or longer.
