  • 5 c. carrots or 3 small cans
  • 1 onion, cut in round slices
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. salad oil

    Cook carrots and drain. Cool carrots. Mix all ingredients and pour over carrots. Marinate 12 hours.
