- 1 small green pepper
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Directions

1Cook carrots and drain. Cool carrots. Mix all ingredients and pour over carrots. Marinate 12 hours.
