- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar cocktail onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots.

2Cook in salted water until just tender.

3Drain well.

4Add peppers and onions to carrots.

5Mix together soup, salad oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.

6Pour over carrots while warm.

7Put in refrigerator and marinate at least 2 or 3 days.

8Drain marinade and serve cold.
