- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar, or plain
Directions

1Slice carrots. Place in saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil, and continue boiling for additional 5 minutes, or until slightly tender. Should be a little crisp. Remove from heat and drain. Mix in rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate.
