Marinated Cauliflower Salad

- 1 1/3 c. salad oil
- 2/3 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 (6 oz.) can pitted ripe olives
- 1 medium green pepper
- Boston lettuce leaves
Directions

1Early in the day or the day before serving, combine first 7 ingredients.

2Cauliflower should be sliced and stirred into the rest.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

4Drain and slice olives and chop the green pepper.

5Line salad bowl with Boston lettuce and spoon salad into bowl.
