  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. white grape juice
  • 1 tsp. dried sweet basil
  • 1/3 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Cook in oil, uncovered, 10 minutes per side, turning once.

    Cook over medium heat.

    Add broth, juice and basil.

    Cook 10 minutes longer over low heat or until tender; covered.

    Marinate in covered bowl in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours.

    Serve thinly sliced, hot or cold.
