  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • chicken wings
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Cut chicken wings in half to make winglets.

    Marinate overnight, shaking jar occasionally.

    Drain and cook chicken in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

    Turn chicken once. Recipe may be doubled.
