- 2 purple onions, sliced thin
- 2 green peppers, sliced thin
- 1 yellow or red pepper, sliced thin
- celery seed (approximately 2 Tbsp.)
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
