- 6 crabs, cooked
- 1 1/2 lemons
- 1/2 - 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 5-6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, minced
- Parsley, minced
Directions

1To cook crabs, place in boiling water with salt, crab boil and slice of lemon for 20 min.

2Clean crabs, removing legs.

3(This means: remove tops from crabs and tear off the dead man's fingers -- the spongy material on top of the shell on both ends.)

4Break crabs in half if small, quarters if large.

5Slice lemons and squeeze into a bowl.

6Add in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, celery and parsley and pour over crabs.

7Marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
