- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 bay leaves, crumbled
Directions

1Cut ducks in half lengthwise.

2Place in plastic bag in shallow pan.

3Combine remaining ingredients and pour over duck.

4Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
