- 2 lb. beef flank steak
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place flank steak in an 11x7x2 glass dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.

3Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

4Remove meat, discarding marinade.

5Grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium, 5 minutes per side for medium-well.

6Slice into thin strips across the grain to serve.
