- 1 (2 lb) beef flank steak
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Place flank steak in an 11 inch x 7 inch x 2 inch glass dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.

3Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning once or twice. Remove meat; discard marinade.

4Grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-well.

5Slice into thin strips across the grain to serve.
