- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water or oil
- 1 c. honey
- 1 tsp. dried onions
- 1/2 tsp. dried garlic
- 1/4 tsp. ???
Directions

1Heat above ingredients to just warm to blend the honey. Steaks should have fat removed and then cross cut.

2Pour mixture over steaks and let stand for at least 24 hours, 36 hours is even better.

3About every 4 to 6 hours flip over.

4If in sealed marinating pan, only need to shake.

5Cook on a medium to slow grill until desired doneness.

6Slice thinly on the diagonal for tenderness.

7Serve with salads and potatoes (baked or salad); makes a real special meal.
