Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water or oil
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. dried onions
  • 1/2 tsp. dried garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. ???

Directions

    Heat above ingredients to just warm to blend the honey. Steaks should have fat removed and then cross cut.

    Pour mixture over steaks and let stand for at least 24 hours, 36 hours is even better.

    About every 4 to 6 hours flip over.

    If in sealed marinating pan, only need to shake.

    Cook on a medium to slow grill until desired doneness.

    Slice thinly on the diagonal for tenderness.

    Serve with salads and potatoes (baked or salad); makes a real special meal.
