- 2 lb shrimp
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Directions

1In a large bowl, stir together garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, vinegar.

2Season with basil, salt and cayenne pepper.

3Add shrimp and mix until evenly coated.

4Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour, stirring once or twice.

5Add shrimp to skewer and grill.
