- 1 cup black olives
- 1 cup green olives
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemon wedges
Directions

1In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine olive oil, pepper flakes, garlic, coriander and cumin. Squeeze the lemon juice and add the lemon wedges, the olives, and mix well.

2Cover and refrigerate overnight. Leave out at room temperature for a few hours before serving.
