- 1 lb. small mushrooms
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- garlic salt or powder to taste
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1 medium size red onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Wash and clean mushrooms.

2Slice red onion thin and break into rings.

3Put layer of mushrooms, onion and spices; repeat. Sprinkle sugar.

4Add oil and vinegar.

5Let set 3 days in refrigerator.

6Do not use metal container.
