  • 3 lb. fresh button mushrooms
  • 1/2 oz. pkg. garlic salad dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Accent
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder (optional; gives a very strong taste)

Directions

    Wash and cap mushrooms.

    Cover in salt and boil 1 minute. Drain.

    Prepare marinade from rest of ingredients.

    Pour over caps and chill minimum of 24 hours.

    Drain and serve cold.
