  • 3 12 ounces salt
  • 14 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 ounces white sugar
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 pint wine vinegar
  • 12 pint vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cider vinegar

    Wash mushrooms and place in large container.
