- 1 lb. small button mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. brandy
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Wash mushrooms and drain well.

2Heat oil in skillet; saute onions 3 minutes.

3Add mushrooms; saute 2 minutes.

4Stir in salt, pepper and lemon juice.

5Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Stir in brandy.

6Chill 3 hours.

7Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
