  • 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 1/2 to 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 pt. wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 chopped Bermuda onion
  • 1/2 pt. olive oil
