- 1 gal. jar large olives
- 8 tsp. oregano
- 8 tsp. hot pepper seeds
- 1 c. olive oil
- 8 tsp. Accent
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Discard brine from the jar of olives and slice olives the long way 4 times.

2Return olives to jar and fill with water.

3Change water frequently for 1 day and keep refrigerated at all times. Drain the water and put olives in a big pot.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Mix everything with olives and put back into jar. Refrigerate for at least 4 days, turning over frequently.
