- 7 oz large green olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Split olives by bashing with a wooden rolling pin. Toss with olive oil, red wine vinegar, herbs and garlic. Season, cover and chill for up to 2 weeks to marinate. Serve at room temperature.
