- 1 lb. uncooked pasta shells
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 large green pepper, minced
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
Directions

1Cook shells; drain and rinse.

2Transfer shells to a bowl and toss with olive oil.

3Cover and chill 30 minutes.

4Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
