- 6 (1-inch thick) pork chops (about 3 lb.)
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Place pork chops in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients.

2Pour over pork chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

3Remove from refrigerator.

4Let stand 30 minutes.

5Bake in marinade, covered, at 325° for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer registers 160°.
