Marinated Pork Chops

  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. hot red or Texas Pete
  • 4 to 6 pork chops

Directions

    Simmer all ingredients (except chops) in uncovered saucepan. Place chops in bowl.

    Cover with sauce.

    Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.

    Arrange chops in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
