  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 4 to 6 lb. boned, rolled and tied loin roast

    Put roast and marinade in a tightly sealed bag overnight in refrigerator.
