Marinated Porterhouse Steak

- 1 (4 lb.) beef loin porterhouse steak, cut about 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1/2 c. red Burgundy
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
Directions

1In a large shallow baking dish, place steak.

2Pour wine over steak.

3Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

4About 40 minutes before serving, preheat broiler. Place steak on greased rack in broiling pan.

5Reserve marinade. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.

6Broil 30 minutes for rare or until desired doneness, basting occasionally with marinade and turning once.
