  • 1 rabbit, dressed
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Cut rabbit into serving size pieces.

    Cover with marinade containing the ingredients and marinate overnight at room temperature.

    Save the marinade and brown the meat in a baking pan at 375° for about 30 minutes.
