Ingredients

  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. dry mustard
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1 c. chopped summer sausage
  • 1 c. chopped raw broccoli
  • 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Combine and shake together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, chopped red onion, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Pour over the sausage, broccoli, mushrooms and sliced onion; let marinate for 3 hours.

    When ready to eat, pour the mixture over 2 quarts of assorted greens, torn in bite-size pieces.

    Add Mozzarella cheese to top.
