  • 6 to 8 green onions, finely chopped
  • 6 stalks celery, finely sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 c. chili sauce, whipped
  • salt and pepper to taste
