- 1 head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Chop cabbage as desired.

2Cut onions into thin rings.

3Toss together and set aside.

4Mix remaining ingredients and boil for 1 minute.

5Pour dressing over cabbage and onion.

6Refrigerate overnight or at least 12 hours, stirring 2 or 3 times.

7This will keep 3 weeks in glass container in refrigerator.

8Serves 8 to 10.
