Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage, shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Layer cabbage, onion and green pepper in a large bowl; sprinkle sugar on top.

2Do not stir.

3Bring to a boil vinegar, salt, celery seed and dry mustard and boil for 2 minutes.

4Pour over slaw and do not stir.

5Refrigerate at least 12 hours.

6Toss before serving.

7This slaw can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or you may freeze.
