Ingredients
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. Italian dressing (preferably fat-free)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large, chopped tomato
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 steaks of choice (usually Filet Mignon or prime rib)
Directions

1Mix dressing, onion, tomato, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic with water in a Ziploc bag.

2Close bag and mix well. Place steaks in bag and close.

3Place plastic Ziploc bag in fridge overnight or in early A.M.

4Turn every few hours.

5When ready to cook, remove meat from bag and drain.

6Place steaks on roasting pan.

7Roast in oven until desired browning.

8Watch closely and turn often.
