Ingredients

  • 6 whole Tomatoes
  • 3/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons Coarse Ground Pepper

Directions

    Wash, core and cut tomatoes into 6 8 wedges, set aside.

    Combine remaining ingredients, whisk together and pour into resealable Ziploc bag.

    Add tomato wedges and marinate 4-5 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

    After you have depleted the tomatoes, you can just cut up more and add to the liquid to marinate again.
