- 1/2 fresh turkey breast
- 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 4 or 5 garlic cloves, chopped or pressed
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- freshly ground pepper
- sprigs of fresh thyme or rosemary or dash of dried
Directions

1Trim excess skin from turkey and place turkey in a large, resealable plastic bag.

2In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into bag with turkey.

3Squeeze air from bag and seal.

4Massage the bag to get the marinade all over the turkey.

5Refrigerate for as little as 2 hours or as long as overnight.
