  • 1/2 fresh turkey breast
  • 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 4 or 5 garlic cloves, chopped or pressed
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • freshly ground pepper
  • sprigs of fresh thyme or rosemary or dash of dried

Directions

    Trim excess skin from turkey and place turkey in a large, resealable plastic bag.

    In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into bag with turkey.

    Squeeze air from bag and seal.

    Massage the bag to get the marinade all over the turkey.

    Refrigerate for as little as 2 hours or as long as overnight.
