Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. white vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 or 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 bunch carrots, cut to finger eating size
  • 1 pkg. celery
  • 2 cans pitted black olives, drained
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
  • 2 jars stuffed olives, drained
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, halved
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients together and pour over the vegetables.

    Marinate in fridge 24 hours.

    Toss occasionally.
