- 1/2 c. oil
- 2/3 c. white vinegar
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 or 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 bunch carrots, cut to finger eating size
- 1 pkg. celery
- 2 cans pitted black olives, drained
- 1 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
- 2 jars stuffed olives, drained
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, halved
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients together and pour over the vegetables.

2Marinate in fridge 24 hours.
