Ingredients
- 3/4 c. carrots, scraped and cut diagonally
- 1 c. broccoli, bite size
- 1 c. cauliflower, bite size
- 1/4 c. low-fat or fat-free Italian dressing
- 1 pkg. sweetener
- salt and white pepper to taste
Directions

1Prepare carrots and place in bottom of steamer pan over boiling water.

2Prepare cauliflower and place in pan on top of carrots.

3Prepare broccoli and place in pan on top of cauliflower. Steam until broccoli is tender-crisp.

4Remove from heat and drain.

5Pour into a colander and rinse with cold water.

6Place in a bowl and pour over a mixture of dressing, salt, pepper and sweetener.

7Stir gently to mix.

8Refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally to mix.
