  • 2 lb. cooked, sliced carrots, well drained
  • 1 small green pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. salad oil (I use 1/4 c.)
  • 1 c. sugar (I use Sugar Twin as substitute)
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
