  • 1 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets, cut up
  • 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1 1/2 c. baby carrots (sticks)
  • 1 1/2 c. cucumber, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halves
  • 1 green pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
