  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 small can June peas
  • 1 large can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 c. chopped celery

    Boil sugar and vinegar for 1 minute.

    Cool.

    Mix all drained vegetables together.

    Pour sugar/vinegar mixture over vegetables. Cover and marinate overnight.
