Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 can French style green beans, drained
  • 1 can Lesueur English peas, drained
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 jar chopped pimento, drained

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.

    Cool.

    Combine vegetables and stir in vinegar mixture.

    Cover and place in refrigerator 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
