  • 17 oz. white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 17 oz. peas, drained
  • 15 oz. French-style green beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 oz. chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
