  • 3/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • vegetables of choice (such as zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, celery, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except vegetables.

    Add mixture to vegetables.

    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
