- 5 or 6 zucchini
- 1 sliced bell pepper
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/8 c. wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix together the cider vinegar, wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.

2Boil for 1 minute.

3Cool and then add salad oil.

4Into a large glass bowl or casserole, slice the zucchini, celery and bell peppers.

5Separate the onion slices. Cover with sauce; put on cover and refrigerate overnight.
