Ingredients

  • 12 cup salad oil
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lbs meat

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except the meat in a large zippable bag.

    Cut the meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks and add to bag.

    Knead the marinade into the meat and let sit in the refirgerator 1 to 3 hours - I usually let it sit overnight.
