- 2 bunches small carrots
- 1 oz. pure maple syrup
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Peel carrots and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

2Boil until tender (20 minutes).

3Remove from heat, drain and add butter. Stir to coat all carrots.

4Add maple syrup and put mixture in a baking dish.

5Add pecans and cover.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir to coat.

7Sprinkle with parsley.
