Marla'S Butter Pecan Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches small carrots
  • 1 oz. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Peel carrots and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

    Boil until tender (20 minutes).

    Remove from heat, drain and add butter. Stir to coat all carrots.

    Add maple syrup and put mixture in a baking dish.

    Add pecans and cover.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir to coat.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle with parsley.
